2019 Tiguan 4 motion transmission jerking.

I have around 120,000 miles on it. The transmission was serviced by VW Dealer at around 110,000. It suddenly started jerking as you drive and even a little bit when you are stopped in traffic. The tach is steady so I don't think it's the engine. No codes yet. I have not tried shifting it manually yet.

That's frustrating when it happens right after a service instead of before. The fact that it does it even at a stop while sitting still is interesting since that points away from just a shifting issue. Does it feel like a shudder or more like a hard clunk when it happens?
