weird scraping noise while driving help?

so i got this weird noise coming from the front of my 2012 vw tiguan 2.0tdi 4motion sounds kinda like the fan blower is on low even when its off or like a low scraping sound happens more from the passenger side only kicks in around 15-20mph turning makes it quieter sometimes had all brakes replaced and both front tires with a 4 wheel alignment still no change checked out a post about driveline noise sounded similar but no replies yet ordered a wheel bearing for the n/s/f but not convinced thats it since it doesnt change pitch just a constant scraping noise anyone know what it could be or had this before? any ideas would be awesome

Could be a wheel bearing, but since the noise doesn't change pitch, it might be something else. CV joint, dust shield rubbing, or even a failing auxiliary belt/idler pulley could cause that kind of sound. If turning affects it, maybe check the axle or drivetrain components. Have you perhaps noticed any vibration or is it just the noise?
