I've got a 68-plate (2018) Tiguan 2.0L diesel R-Line. I'm not getting any heat on the driver's side. I already replaced the flap actuator, but that didn't fix it. Has anyone dealt with this before?

If replacing the flap actuator didnt fix the heat , it could be a stuck blend door, a bad heater core valve or an electrical glitch in the climate system. Have you checked for any error codes or seen if the blend door is actually moving?

this is right, or the actuator doesn't fully engage, causing uneven heating. It might be worth having a technician check those parts or run a diagnostic to pinpoint the issue.
